To initiate the recruitment process, the employer Bait ul Mamoor Overseas must establish a formal agency agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the demand and supply of manpower from Pakistan. Both parties must sign the agreement, signifying their acceptance of the stated terms, ensuring a transparent and structured hiring process. Employer's Part

Power of Attorney
The employer or principal must issue a Power of Attorney to Bait ul Mamoor Overseas, authorizing us as their true and lawful representative in Pakistan. This empowers us to handle all recruitment-related affairs with the Pakistan government on behalf of the employer, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process.
Demand Letter
The employer or principal must issue a formal demand letter to Bait ul Mamoor Overseas, specifying job categories, the number of required workers, monthly salary, duty hours, contract duration, and worker benefits such as food, medical care, transportation, airfare, accommodation, and other provisions. This ensures clarity and transparency in the recruitment process.
Visa Documents
Please note that this specific document requirement applies only to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The employer or principal must provide visa documents (Wakala), which serve as official authorization from the government of the employing country to recruit workers from Pakistan. These documents must be original, authenticated, and acceptable to the respective embassy for processing.
Company Registration Copy
Please note that this document requirement applies only to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A photocopy of the company registration must be provided as part of the recruitment process.
Consular Letter
Please note that this document requirement applies only to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A letter addressed to the Consular General of the recruiting country is required, requesting approval for the recruitment of candidates from Pakistan, as per the demand letter and the stated visa block number.
Employment Agreement
Copies of standard employment contract between employer and employee are required.
Agency Agreement
The employer and Bait ul Mamoor Overseas must sign an agency agreement outlining all terms and conditions, which will serve as the guiding document for both parties. The Authorization Letter, Power of Attorney, and Demand Letter must be original, duly sealed and signed by the sponsor or authorized person, and attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
